I really must admit (and some of my friends will be able to confirm 😉 ) that I indeed suffered from the Senja blues after all this bad weather the first days!! But just sitting inside was no option either and we spent every dry moment outside. This little bog was not too far away and we made a nice evening stroll to it and waited with photos until the blue hour started as the sun had decided to stay behind thick clouds again.
At the very end, I took the shots for this panorama which I like very much. It is also available larger in our Norway panorama gallery. Just click on the thumbnail to view a larger, up to 2500px wide version (depending on your window size). I hope you enjoy!
Hello, I’m Sandra – a passionate landscape photographer and solo globetrotter. In this blog I show my best landscape, nature and travel photos which have been taken during my travels around the world. I shared my passion for travel and photography with my late husband Gerd until 2018, whom I now take with me in my heart to every place I visit. Please also view my trip reports on my website Sandra Schänzer travelogues and photo galleries.
WOW I knew it the big one is realy beautiful!!!! Sandra instead the bad weather you have had on your vacation there will be always a moment that you make beautiful pictures. <3
Love this Sandra Schaenzer! Light is light, even if it is that of such a subdued nature! Such “subtle” drama in lovely hues and shapes. Just Wonderful!
It is always difficult to deal with the disappointment of unattained preconceived visions. But you overcame it and produced a fine image, Sandra. Although spectacular scenery is most always our first choice, sometimes the less spectacular gives us sights that were unimagined and remarkable just the same. Well worth the effort. 🙂
Hi Sandra,
A beautiful compostion, reflection and colors. Congrats!
Best,
Adit
