Landscape, nature and wildlife photography is our passion and we enjoy exploring the wonders of nature in our local environment in Switzerland as well as during our travels.
Photography is the creative part in our life and a welcome contrast to our IT profession.
Being ’Slow Travellers’, we take the time we need to experience a landscape, an animal or a plant. We are inspired by the beauty and variety of what nature has to offer and would like to present it through our eyes in this blog and on our website.
We work with film and digital equipment, using a Canon EOS SLR-Equipment with focal lengths ranging from 8mm to 500mm.
Our Photography website SA*GA Photography ~ Moments in Light presents a potpourri of our work. In this blog, we talk about our current activities, show previews of new galleries and provide background information about the areas we have been visiting.

Fantastische Landschaftsaufnahme in Schwarzweiss. Superb!
Hi Hilde, thanks a lot for your nice comment
Yes, mountains are great and I like them anywhere in the world. So I’m already following your blog and I look forward to your next photos.
Thanks a lot Tom
Beautiful – I particiularly like the curving cloud line and the light on the peak. Nice somber foreground as well.
I scrolled a bit through your blog, I see you also are fan of mountains like I do!
Thanks for your kind comment on my blog’s entry about the marcellous ‘Parque Nacional de Ordesa y Monte Perdido’in Spnish Pireneans. Hope you’ll visit me again soon (if you like you can be a ‘follower’), I will soon revisit yours!
yours sincerely, Hilde.
Fine light and the clouds make a great ceiling for the shapely design of the giant. Lovely illumination of the peak.
